12 years leading consumer e-commerce products end-to-end. Conversion, checkout, and payment flows that compound into growth. Looking for my next role.
I have spent my career at Three, which sounds like one job but was five. Retail store management, digital commercial, product owner, lead product owner, lead commercial product manager. The company changed around me: a platform migration, a corporate merger, teams across three countries, three different delivery frameworks. I stayed because the problems kept changing. I am moving on to own product in a place where the quality of the journey materially affects the outcome.
My specialism is the space between the click and the outcome. Conversion optimisation, checkout and payment flows, personalisation, recommendation engines, abandoned basket recovery, merchandising. I have built CRO programmes from scratch, integrated consumer finance into purchase journeys, and run sustained testing programmes that compound into significant commercial results.
I run lean. I hold formal agile certifications and I use whichever framework serves the team. Clarity beats ceremony. I frame decisions in plain language, put constraints on the table early, and deliver in slices so each increment proves the line and sets up the next.
E-commerce is a race weekend. Practice to learn. Qualify to choose. Race to finish. You pit when the data says pit, not when someone panics in the garage.
